Active Listening
Active Listening is a course meant for participants to improve
their interpersonal relationships with people by adopting a structured
form of listening and responding that focuses the attention on the speaker.
Participants are taught to listen actively by using the HUG framework.
Effective questioning and paraphrasing techniques are practised throughout
the course.
