Translation Studies
Translation Studies is suitable for students who are
keen in learning to translate naturally, accurately and effectively
from English to Chinese, and vice versa. Students will be taught how
to analyze a text by examining its intention, audience, stylistic register,
and cultural aspect. A wide variety of text-types will be introduced.
Students will also learn various translation principles and methods.
Translation Studies Course is available in both English and Chinese
